One of my favorite ways to play is AcroYoga. It’s simple, it’s relatively easy, all you need is a friend, and it’s one helluva workout…only you don’t notice that you’re working out because you’re too busy PLAYING.
We offer classes, workshops, trainings & retreats that blend the practice of Acrobatics with Improvisation, Yoga, Dance, Martial Arts, Slacklining, Parkour & more.
