In almost a decade of teaching, I’ve discovered that students make the greatest, most sustainable gains during private instruction. Videos are great for new inspiration, and classes, workshops & retreats provide an unparalleled community experience. Private lessons, however, give you a chance to work on exactly what you want while getting the expert attention you need to grow safely & effectively, whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
The ideal group for an AcroYoga private is 1-3 people. Anything bigger than that limits the amount of material we can cover and the depth of instruction possible. However, if you’re looking for a small class, that’s totally fine. Additional students (beyond 3) simply incur an additional charge per person.
Whether you want to develop strength & flexibility, build core stability & awareness, or simply quiet your mind & find your focus, one-on-one yoga instruction is the way to go. These sessions typically include goal setting, accountability, study of yogic/tantric history & philosophy, and of course, plenty of concentrated yoga practice. All private lessons are tailor-made to fit your unique goals.
Thai Bodywork is one of the best ways to passively stretch and relieve tension. Therapeutic flight is like getting a Thai session upside down & backwards in zero-gravity. It’s been described as “backyard chiropractic,” “Thai in the sky,” and “a full hour of traditional bodywork condensed into 5 minutes.” Whatever you call it, we call it awesome, and an experience not to be missed. These sessions usually include both ground & sky work.
Of all the movement arts available, nothing helps you find your inner Zen master quite like slacklining. Developed by climbers as a down-time activity when not on the rock, slacklining is challenging, rewarding, and requires little more than a strip of webbing, two anchor points, dedication to practice, and a boat-load of humility.

Whether you’re learning something new or incorporating more self care into your life, consistency is key. Weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly sessions will provide stability in your schedule, engrain healthy, new patterns in your life, and enable exponential improvement in your physical & cognitive abilities.
To help make that process more accessible, we offer a package rate of 25% off of 5-10 sessions when booked in advance. And to help you get to it & stick with it, all package deals expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
You can come to our place, or we come come to yours. Many students & clients enjoy private sessions in the comfort of their home or corporate gym. All we need is a flat 8’x8′ space with at least 8′ of overhead clearance.
We also have studio space available upon request, depending on the needs of your session.
